This page is for whoever bought the template. Delete it before you publish your own site.
1. Replace the placeholder content
Change Your Clinic Name in the layout navigation and footer once. Every page picks it up.
Open the CMS and edit Treatments, Practitioners and Reviews. Replace the sample text, prices, photos and the practitioner registration lines with your own.
Swap the stock images for your own. Use before and after photos only with written patient consent.
2. Connect the booking and intake form
Open the Book page, select the form and add a destination such as your email. Nothing is connected when you receive the template.
Replace the WhatsApp and Calendly links in the mobile booking bar in the layout. They are generic placeholders.
3. Review the health and consent wording
The health screen questions, the contraindications on each treatment and the consent line are example text only. Have them checked against your own clinical and legal requirements before you publish.
Once you collect patient details through the form you decide how they are used, so you are responsible for that data. Add your privacy notice and link it from the consent line.
4. Run the clinic side as well
